The SusyQ’s Cleaning team

First-Time Cleaning

Every new customer starts here, no exceptions. We don't offer a one-time regular clean, because a house we've never touched before needs the full treatment, not a quick surface pass — that's what makes the recurring visits after it actually work. Your first clean is always a full Deep Clean: baseboards, window tracks, inside the oven, the places a normal visit doesn't reach. Moving straight to a recurring schedule after? This is what gets the house to a real baseline first. Just want it done once? That's fine too — it's the same thorough clean either way.

  • Inside kitchen appliances — oven, microwave, fridge on request
  • Shower grout, tile, glass and sealant — mould and mildew properly dealt with
  • Skirting boards, door frames, light fittings, ceiling fans, vents
  • Window sills and tracks, baseboards, behind furniture we can safely move

Recurring House Cleaning

Once your first Deep Clean has the house properly reset, this is what keeps it that way — it's the service we'd recommend to nearly anyone from there. Weekly, every two weeks, or once a month — you pick, and you can change it whenever. The point of recurring cleaning isn't just that your house is clean on Tuesday. It's that it never gets far from clean. Dust doesn't build up in corners. Mildew doesn't get a foothold in the shower. Pet hair doesn't turn into drifts under the sofa. And because the same cleaner keeps coming back, she starts working ahead of your house instead of catching up with it. There's no written scope. If you need to skip a week because family is staying, skip it.

  • Kitchen: counters, hob, outside of appliances, sink, floors
  • Bathrooms: shower, bath, tiles, toilet, mirrors, floors — watching for mildew
  • All rooms: dusting, surfaces, skirting, mirrors, door handles and switches
  • Floors: vacuumed and mopped, with attention to pet hair and pollen tracked in
  • Beds made, bins emptied, tidy-up as you'd like it

A living room kept tidy by regular visits from the same cleaner

Deep Cleaning

A deep clean is the full reset. It's what you want before a new baby comes home, after a winter of the windows being shut, when you've just taken on a house somebody else lived in, or simply when it's been a while and you'd like to start from zero. It takes considerably longer than a regular visit because we're getting into everything a normal clean doesn't reach. Most people have one deep clean and then go onto a recurring schedule to hold it — that's usually the cheapest way to keep a house right over a year.

  • Inside kitchen appliances — oven, microwave, fridge on request
  • Cupboard fronts, handles, and the greasy bits above the hob
  • Shower grout, tile, glass and sealant — mould and mildew properly dealt with
  • Skirting boards, door frames, light fittings, ceiling fans, vents
  • Window sills and tracks, where damp and black mildew collect
  • Behind and under furniture we can safely move

A double oven cleaned inside and out during a deep clean

Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning

Moving is stressful enough. This one is about deadlines and deposits. For a move-out, we clean an empty property top to bottom so it stands up to a landlord's walk-through — inside cupboards, inside the oven, inside the fridge, and all the corners that were behind furniture for three years. For a move-in, we'd rather you didn't sleep in someone else's dust. We clean everything before your things arrive, which is the one and only time a house is genuinely easy to clean properly. If there's a baby or anyone with asthma in the family, this is the visit that matters most.

  • Empty property cleaned throughout — inside cupboards, drawers and closets
  • Ovens, hobs, extractors, fridges cleaned inside
  • Bathrooms fully descaled, grout and sealant treated for mildew
  • Skirting, switches, doors, frames, window sills and tracks
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped last, after everything else is done

A hardwood floor in an empty room, cleaned ready for handover

Apartment Cleaning

Apartments aren't just small houses, and we don't price them as if they were. There's less floor but usually more surface per square foot, the bathrooms tend to have poor ventilation so mildew appears faster, and there's often carpet holding onto dust and pet dander. We clean a lot of apartments across Dallas, Richardson, Irving and Plano, and we're used to working around key fobs, lifts, loading bays and parking rules. Tell us the building and we'll sort the logistics out ourselves.

  • Priced for the size of the place, not padded out to a house rate
  • Extra attention to bathroom ventilation, grout and mildew
  • Carpets vacuumed properly — pet hair, dander and dust mites
  • Balcony doors, sills and tracks where pollen collects
  • Works as a one-off, a recurring clean, or an end-of-lease clean

What's In Every Clean — and What We Clean With

Whatever service you book, some things never change. We bring everything. We wet-wipe rather than dry-dust, because dry-dusting just puts it in the air for you to breathe later. We work top down so nothing lands on a floor we've already done. And we choose products that are safe to use around children, babies and pets. If anyone in the house has asthma or allergies, tell us and we'll go unscented. If you have a product you prefer, leave it out and we'll use yours. There's no room in a family home for something you'd be nervous about a toddler touching an hour later.

  • We bring our own vacuum, mop, cloths and products
  • Safe around kids, babies and animals — unscented on request
  • Wet-wiped surfaces so dust isn't just made airborne
  • Top-down order, floors done last
  • Tell us any room to skip entirely, and we'll skip it

Not Sure Which One You Need?

Call and describe your house. Honestly, that's the fastest way. Nine times out of ten we can tell you in two minutes whether you want a deep clean first or whether a regular visit will get you there. We'll tell you if the cheaper option is the right one — we'd rather have you for five years than overcharge you once. Whichever you book, SusyQ's Promise covers it: if any room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free. No argument, no invoice. Insured and bonded. Same cleaner every visit wherever we can.

  • We give you one firm price before we start, not a range
  • No written scope and no cancellation fee
  • Change frequency, skip a week, or stop any time
  • Free re-clean within 24 hours if a room isn't right

What we do

First-time cleaning

Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.

Recurring cleaning

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.

Deep cleaning

Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.

Move in / move out

Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.

Apartments & condos

Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.

Homes with pets

Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.

Allergy-aware cleaning

Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.

What our customers say

Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Kysten V.June 2022
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
Conrad V.June 2022
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!

Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…

Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Common questions

How do you price a clean?

On the size of your home and the kind of clean it needs — bedrooms, bathrooms, roughly the square footage, and whether it's a first visit or an ongoing one. Tell us those on the phone and we'll give you a real number. It doesn't change unless you ask us to do something extra, and we'd tell you before, not after.

Should I get a deep clean before starting a recurring schedule?

Usually yes, if it's been a while or you've just moved in. The deep clean gets the house to zero and the recurring visits hold it there. If your home is already in good shape, we'll say so and skip it.

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?

Inside the oven is part of a deep clean and a move-out clean. The fridge we'll do on request for either. On a recurring visit we clean the outside as standard — just ask if you want the inside done on a particular week.

Can you use products that won't bother my child's asthma?

Yes. Tell us when you book and we'll go unscented and keep to gentler products. We can also focus on the things that tend to trigger it — dust in bedding areas, pet dander on soft furnishings, and pollen tracked in on floors.

How long does a clean take?

A recurring visit on an average three-bedroom home is usually two to three hours. A deep clean or a move-out clean can be most of a day. We'll tell you the estimate up front, and if we underestimated it that's our mistake to absorb, not your bill to cover.
