First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Addison is mostly apartments, townhomes and rentals. Addison Circle, Vitruvian Park, and the leased blocks around them. That is a different job from a big house out in the suburbs. Space is tight, bathrooms often have no window at all, and a good share of the people we clean for here are on a company lease with a landlord to answer to. We are a family cleaning business, and we clean small homes properly, every corner of them, not just the middle of the floor.
Take your coffee from Java and Hopps out into Addison Circle Park and let the morning pass slowly; the house will be done when you wander back.

In a one-bedroom apartment there is nowhere for dust to hide. Fingerprints on the stainless fridge, water spots on the glass shower door, crumbs behind the toaster: in seven hundred square feet, those are the whole impression. So we clean detail first here. Light switches and baseboards, the inside of the microwave, the balcony door track, under the bed if there is clearance. It takes us less time than a five-bedroom house, and more time than people expect, because being thorough in a small room means moving things and setting them back exactly where they were.

Interior apartment bathrooms vent through a fan, and that fan is often no match for two hot showers a day. Mildew shows up first in the grout at the base of the tile, on the silicone bead around the tub, and along the rubber seal of the shower door. Left alone it turns black and stains for good. We scrub it back rather than spraying and hoping, then dry the surfaces so it has less to feed on. If yours keeps returning, run the fan twenty minutes after you get out. It costs nothing and helps more than any bottle.

Addison Circle and Vitruvian Park have gates, fobs, parking garages and front desks, and no two buildings work the same way. Tell us how you want us to get in and we follow it exactly. Some clients leave a fob at the leasing office, some give a door code, some prefer to be home. Entry details stay written in one place rather than passed around, and the same cleaner uses them each visit. In shared buildings we keep the noise down, take the service elevator where there is one, and leave the hallway as we found it.

A lot of Addison units sit empty between stays. Dust still settles, drains dry out and start to smell, and a place shut up for three weeks needs airing more than it needs scrubbing. If you manage a furnished rental, we can go in between guests, change linens left out for us, wipe everything a visitor touches, and tell you about a broken blind before the next person finds it. If you travel for work, a clean the day before you fly home means one less thing waiting at the door.

Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Addison each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Apartments are a large part of what we do in Addison. Studios and one-bedrooms at Addison Circle, townhomes and walk-ups around Vitruvian Park, and leased duplexes on the side streets. Smaller homes generally cost less than a house, simply because there is less floor and fewer bathrooms. If your building asks vendors for a certificate of insurance, say the word and we will send ours straight to the management office.
Yes, and we clean it to the standard most property managers here expect: appliances inside and out, cabinets and drawers wiped through, bathrooms taken back to bare, window tracks, blinds, baseboards, then floors. What we cannot do is promise what a particular landlord decides about your deposit. Book it once the movers have finished and the place is empty, because cleaning around boxes never comes out as well.
Quite a lot, yes. Cat dander is light and sticky, so it lands on the vertical things people forget: the sides of furniture, curtains, vent grilles and the top of the fridge. We vacuum upholstery with a proper tool instead of a brush attachment, wipe hard surfaces damp, and wash whatever is washable if you leave it out. In a small apartment, weekly visits make far more difference than monthly ones.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
