First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
McKinney is really several towns in one, house-wise. A 1910 bungalow off Historic Downtown, a 1990s family home in Stonebridge Ranch, a two-year-old build in Craig Ranch — they all get dirty in different ways, and they all need a different touch. We clean houses here every week. Susy still checks the work. You get the same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to explain the good rug twice.
Slip down to the square for a Patina Green sandwich, or walk the loop at Towne Lake - most homes are finished before you head back.

The homes around Historic Downtown have lovely old bones and a hundred years of dust in the corners to go with them. Original wood floors do not want a soaking mop. Old grout does not want bleach poured on it. Around single-pane windows you often find black speckling where winter damp sat on the sill, and that is mildew, not dirt — it needs treating, not scrubbing harder. We work the baseboards, the door casings and the window tracks by hand, because that is where the dust in a hundred-year-old house actually lives.

A new house in Craig Ranch or the newer end of Stonebridge Ranch looks spotless and is not. Builder dust hides above door frames, in the vent covers, on top of the cabinets and down inside the closet shelving. It keeps working its way out for the first year or so, especially once the air conditioning runs hard. If somebody in the family has asthma or itchy eyes, that fine drywall dust is often the thing setting them off, not the pollen outside. We go after it properly on the first clean and keep after it on the visits that follow.

North Texas hands you two seasons of misery. Spring tree pollen coats everything, then cedar fever arrives around Christmas and hangs on into February. Most of it walks in on shoes and settles on hard floors, entry rugs and ceiling fan blades. We wipe with damp cloths rather than pushing dust around with a feather duster, we vacuum with a sealed machine, and we pay attention to the first ten feet inside every door. It will not cure anybody's allergies. It does mean less of the outdoors sitting in your living room.

We are a family business, not an agency sending whoever is free that morning. Wherever the schedule allows, you get the same cleaner every visit. She learns that the guest bath gets used twice a year, that the dog sheds worst in May, that nobody is to touch the papers on the desk. That is how a clean house stops being a negotiation every two weeks. We are insured and bonded, our products are safe around cats, dogs and crawling babies, and Susy answers the phone herself at 916-680-1458.

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to McKinney each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Yes, and we like them. Old McKinney houses need a lighter touch — damp cloths instead of soaking, mild cleaner on original wood, no harsh bleach on old grout or painted trim. We also keep an eye on the places old houses hide trouble: window sills, the backs of closets, and the vents. Tell us what has already been restored and we will treat it carefully.
Usually, yes. New houses hold builder dust in vents, on top of cabinets, above door frames and inside every closet. The first visit takes longer because we are removing that rather than maintaining it. After that we settle into your normal schedule. If a baby is about to start crawling on those floors, say so and we will spend extra time down at floor level.
That is most of our McKinney customers. Give us the gate code or add us at the guard house, and tell us how you would rather we get in — lockbox, garage code or key. We note it in your file and the same cleaner uses it each visit. If anything about access changes, one call to 916-680-1458 sorts it out.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
