The fastest way to a price is a two-minute phone call. Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, roughly how big the place is, and what kind of clean you're after — regular, deep, or a move-out. Mention anything we should know: pets, allergies or asthma in the family, a room you'd rather we left alone, a tricky parking situation. We'll give you a real number, not a range that grows later. If you'd rather text, text. Plenty of people send us a photo of their kitchen and ask what it would take. That's a perfectly good way to start.

Email goes straight to Susy. It isn't a ticket queue and there's no reference number involved. If you're getting in touch because something wasn't right about a clean, this is the right address and you'll get a reply from the person who can actually fix it. Under SusyQ's Promise, tell us within 24 hours which room wasn't right and we'll come back and re-clean it free — no argument and no invoice. What Happens Next, and Where We Work
After you get in touch, we'll confirm a price and offer you a couple of days that work. You don't need to be home — a key or a door code is fine, and lots of our customers do it that way. Once you're booked, you get the same cleaner every visit wherever we can arrange it, and if we ever have to send somebody else you'll hear it from us first. We're insured and bonded and every cleaner is background-checked. We cover 28 cities across Dallas–Fort Worth, from Dallas, Highland Park and Richardson up through Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen and Prosper, and out across Carrollton, Coppell, Irving, Grapevine, The Colony, Wylie and more. If your city isn't one we list, call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

What we do
Recurring cleaning
Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Deep cleaning
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Move in / move out
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Apartments & condos
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Homes with pets
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Allergy-aware cleaning
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
