First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Plenty of Mesquite families have been in the same house for twenty or thirty years. Around Creek Crossing and over by Town East we clean for people who raised their kids in that kitchen and have no intention of moving. Those houses are not dirty. They are lived in, and they need somebody who works carefully rather than fast. We are a small family business, and the person who cleans your house will be the same one next time.
Go get a chopped brisket sandwich at Mesquite BBQ on Davis Street, open since 1959, and let us handle the house while you take your time.

Mesquite has a lot of original bathrooms, and original bathrooms hold damp. You see it as grey grout, black speckling along the caulk line and a shadow creeping across the ceiling over the shower. Most of that is mildew feeding on soap film, and wiping it once does nothing at all. We treat the surface, let the product sit and do its work, then get into the corners and the shower door track where it starts. We check the extractor fan as well — a clogged fan is usually the reason it keeps coming back.

If a bedroom has had the same carpet for fifteen years, it holds more than dust. Dust mites live in carpet, mattresses and upholstery, and what they leave behind is one of the most common asthma and allergy triggers in any house. You cannot see them and nobody removes every one, but the numbers can be knocked right down: vacuum slowly with a good filter, do the edges and under the bed, wipe hard surfaces damp, and keep the room dry. That is how we work a bedroom, every visit.

A kitchen that has fed a family since the eighties carries grease in places you would never think to look — the underside of the range hood, the top edge of the cabinet doors, the wall behind the toaster. Built-up grease grabs dust and turns sticky, and once it does, a quick wipe only smears it about. We take it back gradually, visit by visit, with a degreaser that will not strip your cabinet finish. Nothing dramatic, nothing that wrecks the cupboards. Just a kitchen that stops feeling tacky under your hand.

Letting a stranger into a home you have kept for decades is the real question, not the price. So here is how we handle it. The same cleaner comes each visit wherever the schedule allows, so you are not meeting somebody new every fortnight. Insurance and a bond are in place, as they should be. We do not turn up with a crowd, we do not play music through the house, and we put things back where they were. If you would rather stay home while we work, that suits us fine.

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Mesquite each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Kysten V.June 2022Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
Conrad V.June 2022I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
I am very pleased with the deep cleaning provided. A remodel left a lot of dust in the house and everything needed to be wiped down before we could move in. Susy's crew came in and cleaned everything in less than 3 hours. The cleaning included all the shutters on our first floor (19), and the shelves inside kitchen cabinets. I was very impressed with how easy it was to communicate with Susy, how quickly Susy could schedule the cleaning, and impressed with the speed at which her crew cleaned our home. Yes, I would call SusyQ's Cleaning again.
SusyQ’s Cleaning has been AMAZING! Our home has never been cleaner! It shines! We have 2 dogs that shed and had not done a deep clean in over a year. This team knocked it out!! Great pricing and communication, flexible scheduling, and wonderful customer service.

Never. A good share of the first visits we do are in houses that got away from somebody — an illness, a rough year, a parent who cannot manage the bending any more. We start with a longer first clean to bring the house level, then keep it there with regular visits. Tell us which rooms bother you most and we will start there.
It depends how deep it has gone. Surface mildew on tile, caulk and grout usually comes off with proper treatment and a little patience. If it has grown into old, cracked caulk, cleaning only takes it so far and the caulk needs replacing — that is a handyman job rather than a cleaning one, and we will say so instead of scrubbing forever.
Older homes are most of our Mesquite work. Square footage matters less than condition and how much of the house is carpet, tile or wood. We will look at it, tell you what a realistic visit covers, and quote that. Nobody will push you into paying for rooms you did not want cleaned.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
