First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Farmers Branch is full of solid 1960s ranch houses — long, low, hardwood under the carpet, and ductwork that's been moving the same air since Johnson was president. We clean plenty of them around Brookhaven and Valley View. Those houses are lovely and they hold dust: in the vents, on the tops of the door frames, in the grout of bathrooms that have taken sixty years of showers. That's the part we take seriously.
Wander the old depot and cottages at Farmers Branch Historical Park, or split a New York slice at Bay34th on Midway, while we handle the house.

Turn the heat on in an original 1960s system and you'll see it: a gray fuzz creeping back onto the sills within days. We take the supply registers and the big hallway return seriously — covers wiped, louvers cleaned, the frame around them washed down, not just dusted. Ceiling fan blades get wiped both sides rather than flicked. Tops of door casings, the shelf above the closet, the return grille in the hall floor: those are the places dust mites feed and the places most cleans skip.

A lot of Farmers Branch ranches still have their original oak, sometimes hiding under carpet in the bedrooms. It doesn't want water sitting on it and it doesn't want a shiny coating either. We vacuum, then damp-mop with a pad wrung out hard, then move on before anything soaks in. Around the kitchen sink and the back door, where old finish wears thin, we dry as we go. And we'll tell you if we see a board lifting rather than mop over it and say nothing.

Older bathrooms here often have small windows, weak fans and tile laid before anyone sealed grout properly. Mildew takes hold in the corner of the shower, along the caulk line and on the window frame above the tub. We scrub it out, dry the surfaces, and leave the fan running. Then we tell you the boring truth: it comes back unless air moves. Crack the window, run the fan twenty minutes after a shower, and our work holds for weeks instead of days. Single-pane windows sweat in winter too, so we wipe those tracks every visit.

These houses reward someone who knows them. Which window sticks, which floor register lifts out, which cabinet door you have to hold. We keep the same cleaner on your home wherever we can so that knowledge doesn't reset every visit. We're insured and bonded, and if something isn't right you have a full day to tell us and we'll redo it free. Call 916-680-1458 or email susy@susyqcleans.com. We'll talk through the house with you on the phone first, write down what's included, and stick to it.

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Farmers Branch each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Usually it's the system, not the cleaning. Old ducts leak, filters in these houses are often thin, and a return grille packed with lint pushes dust straight back into the rooms. We clean every register and return face we can reach, but the fix that lasts is a better pleated filter changed on time. We'll flag a filter that's filthy when we see one.
In most cases, yes. Old glazed tile is tough; it's the grout and the caulk that stain. We use a mildew treatment with dwell time and a brush rather than scouring powder, which would dull the glaze. If the caulk is stained through rather than dirty, no product will fix it — it needs cutting out and replacing, and we'll say so instead of scrubbing for an hour.
That's most of Valley View, so yes, we plan for it. Day-to-day we use mild, low-fragrance cleaners and plenty of rinsing, and floors are left barely damp so they're dry before anyone's down on them. Where we need something stronger, like a bathroom mildew treatment, we do that room with the door shut and the fan on, and we tell you before we start.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
