First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Anna is going up fast. Whole streets in Anna Crossing and Sherley Farms have gone from dirt to driveways inside a year, and a brand-new house is not the same cleaning job as a settled one. Builder dust hides in places you would never think to look, and it keeps turning up for months. We are a small family cleaning business, and we clean Anna homes the way we clean our own: slowly the first time, then steadily after that.
Settle in for fajitas at Salsa Tex Mex on West White, or take the kids to Slayter Creek Park, and we'll have the house sorted by then.

Drywall dust is as fine as flour and it goes everywhere. Inside cabinet runners, on top of door casings, down in the vent registers, along the little ledge above the baseboard. Builders do a rough clean and a final clean, and neither one is a proper household clean. For the first few months in a new Anna home you will see grey film settle again a day after you wiped. That is normal. We use damp microfiber instead of dry dusters so it lifts away rather than flying up, and we take register covers off where we can. It improves every visit.

An empty house is the easiest house it will ever be to clean, and it is the only time anyone can reach the back of every closet. If your closing date is close, book us for the day before the movers come. We do the insides of cabinets and drawers, the oven, the tops of the fans, the window tracks, the toilets and tubs, and floors last of all. Families moving into Sherley Farms often ask us to finish the nursery first and keep that door shut afterwards. We are glad to work that way.

Plenty of new Anna homes have a baby in them, or one on the way. Crawling babies put their palms on the floor and then in their mouths, so what we mop with matters. We use mild, low-scent products, rinse where rinsing is needed, and we do not leave a chemical smell hanging in the hallway. If you would rather we used something you already buy, leave it on the counter with a note and that is what we will use. Same for dogs and cats. If a product worries you, it stays out of your house.

Anna's roads and schedules change month to month, and so do people's. We keep our route through 75409 tight, which lets us offer a real arrival time rather than a four-hour window. Weekly, every other week, or once a month, tell us what suits and we hold the same day and roughly the same hour for you. If you have just moved up from Plano or McKinney and had a cleaner you liked, tell us what she did well. We would rather match what already worked than start you from scratch.

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Anna each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Usually, yes. A builder's final clean is meant to make the house look good at walkthrough, not to make it ready for a baby on the floor. We find drywall dust on top of cabinets, sawdust in drawer runners, sticker glue on appliances and paint flecks on window glass. One thorough visit clears most of it, and a second about a month later catches whatever has settled out of the air since.
It is. When lots nearby are being framed, dust and grit ride in on the wind and on your shoes, and that grit scratches wood and vinyl if it sits underfoot. Visits every week or two keep it moving out of the house instead of grinding in. We brush out window sills and door tracks each time, since that is where it collects first. Once the crews move on, we can drop you back to monthly.
We do. Some of the newest streets off the main roads still show up wrong or not at all, so when you book, give us a cross street or tell us which phase you are in. Our cleaners are told to call rather than guess and drive in circles. If a gate code changes or a construction detour goes in overnight, a quick message saves everybody's morning.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
