First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Homes on Beverly Drive and around Armstrong Parkway were built to last, and most of them have. That also means original floors, plaster walls, wood that has been waxed for ninety years, and furniture handed down through a family. Cleaning a house like that is mostly about knowing what not to do. SusyQ's is family-run. We move slowly, we ask before we try anything new on a finish, and we would rather check twice than ruin something you cannot replace.
Take a slow loop through Lakeside Park past the teddy bears while we clean - it is a five-minute drive from Beverly Drive and worth every minute.

Most damage in an old Highland Park home does not come from neglect. It comes from something strong being used on something delicate. All-purpose sprays haze waxed wood. Bathroom acids etch marble. Steam lifts old veneer off a drawer front. We keep it simple: mild soap, soft cloths, damp followed by dry, and nothing abrasive near a finish we do not recognize. When we are unsure what a piece is, we dust it and ask you before going further. You will never come home to a surprise on a tabletop.

Bookcases, carved moldings, picture frames, stair spindles, a mantel with things standing on it. There is simply more to touch than in a new build, and a quick pass only lifts dust into the air and drops it back where it started. We work top down, dry cloths on the delicate pieces, a sealed-filter vacuum for everything else, so what we lift actually leaves the room. That matters if anyone here has asthma. It matters for the antiques too, because grit is what scratches old wood over the years.

We use products that are fine to have around a crawling baby and a dog that licks the kitchen floor. No bleach fog in a closed powder room, no heavy fragrance, no slick film left behind on the counter where bread gets cut. If somebody in the family reacts to smells, tell us and we will pare it back further still. Many households here already have help in the house, and we fit around that quietly. We are not there to rearrange anybody's morning.

We send the same cleaner to your home wherever we possibly can. She learns which rug is the good one, which door sticks, and that the study is not to be touched. That is worth more than any printed checklist. We are insured and bonded. We do not post photographs of clients' houses and we do not discuss one home while standing in another. Quiet, regular, reliable work is the whole business, and it is why most of our Highland Park clients came from a neighbor's recommendation.

Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.

A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Highland Park each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Kysten V.June 2022Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
Conrad V.June 2022I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
I am very pleased with the deep cleaning provided. A remodel left a lot of dust in the house and everything needed to be wiped down before we could move in. Susy's crew came in and cleaned everything in less than 3 hours. The cleaning included all the shutters on our first floor (19), and the shelves inside kitchen cabinets. I was very impressed with how easy it was to communicate with Susy, how quickly Susy could schedule the cleaning, and impressed with the speed at which her crew cleaned our home. Yes, I would call SusyQ's Cleaning again.
SusyQ’s Cleaning has been AMAZING! Our home has never been cleaner! It shines! We have 2 dogs that shed and had not done a deep clean in over a year. This team knocked it out!! Great pricing and communication, flexible scheduling, and wonderful customer service.

A soft dry cloth first, then a barely damp one only where the finish allows it, and nothing containing silicone or ammonia. We do not polish anything unless you ask, because the wrong polish builds up and dulls old wood over time. If there is a piece you would rather we only dusted, say so and that is exactly what we will do.
No. Old hardwood and standing water are a bad pairing, especially where the boards have opened up. We vacuum thoroughly first, then use a well-wrung flat mop with a mild cleaner, so the floor is damp for seconds rather than minutes. Where a finish is worn or failing, we will point it out to you instead of working water into it.
Yes, with pH-neutral products only. Anything acidic, vinegar and most bathroom sprays included, eats the polish off marble and leaves dull patches nobody can buff out afterwards. Plenty of bathrooms here have original stone in them, so we treat every counter as marble until you tell us otherwise. It takes slightly longer and it keeps the stone looking right.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
