What we usually find in an Allen house
Most Allen homes we clean have the same bones. Carpet upstairs, hard floors down, a playroom that never stays tidy, and a garage door everyone uses instead of the front one. Do you cover Twin Creeks and Watters Crossing?
Twin Creeks, Bethany Lakes, Watters Crossing and the streets around them are all on our regular run, along with both Allen zip codes, 75002 and 75013. Several of those neighborhoods sit behind gates or use alley entrances, so tell us the code and where you would like us to park when you book. We keep that written down privately and only use it on the day of your clean.
We have carpeted stairs and two dogs. Can you get on top of the hair?
We can. Hair on carpeted stairs is slow work done properly: edges first with a hand tool, then the treads, then the risers, because hair packs into the seam where carpet meets wood. We go over pet beds and the sofa skirt too, since that is where dander gathers. Houses with two dogs usually do best weekly or every other week. Monthly tends to leave you fighting it in between.
Can you clean while we are at work and the kids are at school?
That is what most of our Allen families do. We work daytime hours, so plenty of the houses we clean are empty between the morning school run and pickup. You can leave a key, a lockbox or a garage code with us, and the same cleaner uses it each visit. If you would rather be home the first time to walk us around, you are welcome to. After that, most people hand over the door.
