First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Most of the houses we clean in Murphy went up in the 2000s — four bedrooms, a good-sized lot, a garage full of sports gear. Out in Maxwell Creek and Rolling Ridge the pattern is usually the same: two people working, kids heading in three directions, and a weekend that disappears into laundry and floors. We take the floors off your list. Same cleaner each visit where we can, a day you can count on, and a house that is done when you get home.
Walk the Maxwell Creek trail from Murphy Central Park or grab a burger at Country Burger - most cleans are finished before you have made the loop twice.

There is no mystery to it. Kitchen: counters, sink, outside of the appliances, cooktop, inside the microwave, floor. Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures, floors. Everywhere else: dusting the surfaces people actually touch, vacuuming carpet and rugs, mopping hard floors, tidying as we go, bins emptied. Beds made, or changed if you leave the linen out. We work top to bottom so nothing lands back on a clean floor. If the house needs something extra — inside the oven, inside the fridge, the windows — tell us and we build it into a visit rather than surprising you with a charge.

Two-storey Murphy homes all share the same neglected spots. The stair edges and the carpet where it meets each riser. The landing banister nobody wipes. The top of the upstairs door frames. The ceiling fans in four bedrooms, quietly throwing dust back down every time somebody flicks the switch. All of that takes time, which is exactly why it gets skipped when you are cleaning your own house on a Sunday afternoon. It is on our list every visit, and we do stairs with the hand tool instead of bumping a vacuum up them.

From February onwards North Texas really gets going — tree pollen, then grass, then cedar fever coming back around in winter. It rides in on clothes, shoes and the dog, then settles into carpet, bedding and fan blades. Add a shedding cat and you have most of the common asthma triggers living in one house. We are not going to pretend cleaning cures allergies. But damp dusting, careful vacuuming and fresh bedding mean less of it floating about, and families with an asthmatic child usually notice the bedrooms first.

Call or email and describe the house — bedrooms, bathrooms, how much is carpet, whether there are pets, and what you want done first. We will give you a price for a regular visit and for the longer first one. Most Murphy families go every two weeks; some go weekly while the kids are small. You pick the day. We will take a key, a code or a lockbox, and we bring our own supplies unless you have products you prefer we use. Susy is on 916-680-1458.

Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Murphy each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Whatever suits you. A lockbox, a garage code, or a key we keep tagged and locked away. Your cleaner uses the same arrangement every visit, so nobody is calling you at work for a code. We let you know when we arrive and when we lock up, and if a dog is home we would rather hear his name and his habits first.
Not a problem, it just changes where the time goes. Shedding means more vacuuming on edges, stairs and furniture, and more damp wiping of the hard surfaces where dander lands. Tell us which pets are friendly, which need shutting in a room, and where the food bowls live. What we use is safe around animals once it has dried.
Mats at every door and a shoes-off habit make the biggest difference, honestly. On our side, we give extra attention to the entry, the back door off the yard and the first stretch of hard floor, and we vacuum the mats rather than leaving them loaded. On lots that size, most of the grit never gets past the first room when the entry is handled well.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
