Rowlett questions we hear a lot
Our bathroom smells musty no matter how much I scrub. What can you do?
Near the lake that is common. Usually the smell is mildew in grout, in the silicone seal and in the extractor fan cover, plus a bath mat that never fully dries. We clean all of it and dry it properly, then keep on top of it each visit. If the smell keeps returning after that, there may be moisture behind the wall, and we will say so rather than keep charging you to mask it.
Do you cover Waterview and the Liberty Grove side, or only central Rowlett?
Both sides of town, and we are happy to go out toward the lake. Waterview and Liberty Grove are regular stops for us, so there is a decent chance we are already on your street on a particular day. Ask when you call and Susy will tell you which days suit your area best. Sachse and Rockwall are near enough that we often work them the same week.
We have two big dogs that swim in the lake. Is that a problem?
Not at all, though we will not pretend it is no extra work. Wet dogs mean hair everywhere and a smell that gets into rugs and upholstery. We vacuum edges and furniture properly, wipe down doors at dog height and deal with the towels-and-mud corner by the back door. Tell us if your dogs need shutting in a room while we work and we will stick to it.
