First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
An acre and a half is a wonderful thing right up until you count the square footage of floor inside the house. Homes in Forest Grove Estates and out along Brockdale have long drives, big dogs, and doors that open straight onto open country. All of it comes indoors eventually. SusyQ's is a family business, and we clean Lucas houses the way they need cleaning: unhurried, top to bottom, with the mud room taken as seriously as the front rooms.
Take the dog out to Brockdale Park on Lavon Lake while we clean - most Forest Grove Estates homes are done before you finish the trail loop.

A gravel or caliche drive throws a fine pale dust every time a truck rolls up it, and the wind carries the rest of the way. It settles on window ledges, on top of the kitchen cabinets, across ceiling fan blades and into the weatherstripping of every exterior door. Most people only notice it on dark furniture. We do the high surfaces first so the dust falls once and gets picked up once, then sills, tracks and fan blades, then floors. Out here that is the difference between clean for a day and clean for two weeks.

Most houses out this way have a working entry: boots, feed buckets, leashes, a dog bed, maybe a chest freezer humming in the corner. That room does the hardest job in the house and usually gets the least attention. We clean the floor properly, wipe the door and frame at dog height, get into the corners behind the boot tray, and vacuum the bedding area instead of shaking it out over everything. What we use is safe for animals that lie on those floors. Dogs can stay inside. We are used to an audience.

Hard water is a fact of life in this corner of Collin County. It leaves white rings around faucets, spots on glass shower doors and a dull haze across stainless steel. Wiping does nothing once scale has built up. We use a proper descaler on fixtures and glass, give it time to work, then rinse it off, and we keep acidic products well away from natural stone. After a few visits the shower door stops clouding over so fast, because there is less scale left for new deposits to grab onto.

With fields and trees on every side, a Lucas home takes in more pollen than a tight suburban street does, and cedar season in December and January hits this area hard. If somebody in the family has asthma, or there is a baby doing laps on the rug, then the dust sitting on vents and fan blades genuinely matters. We vacuum with sealed filtration, wash the surfaces where pollen lands, and wipe blinds and window tracks rather than flicking a duster at them. It will not replace an air filter. It takes a load off one.

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Lucas each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

Yes. A good part of our Collin County work is acreage homes, and we build the drive into the schedule so your cleaner is never rushing to reach the next job. Give us the address when you call 916-680-1458 and we will tell you which day of the week we are already out your way, which usually makes booking easier.
Not a problem, though it does change how long the job takes, and we would rather say that honestly upfront than turn up short of time. Shedding season means slow vacuum passes, lifting hair off upholstery, and getting under beds and furniture where it drifts into corners. Everything we leave on the floor afterwards is safe for dogs.
That is very common on acreage properties here. Plenty of families have a guest wing or bonus rooms that get used twice a year. So we set up a rotation: lived-in rooms every visit, the rest on a cycle, and a deeper pass on a room whenever it has earned one. You pay for the work you actually need doing.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
