First-time cleaning
Every new customer starts here. It's a full Deep Clean — baseboards, window tracks, the works — whether you book it once or move to a recurring schedule after.
No contracts, ever. Every clean is guaranteed on its own — if a room isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we re-clean it free.
Much of Richardson was built in the sixties and seventies, and those houses have aged into something lovely: real wood floors, solid doors, and oak trees that shade the whole street. They also hold dust in ways a new build does not. Whether you are in Canyon Creek, near Heights Park or in an apartment over at CityLine, we clean with a light hand and a lot of patience. Old floors do not want a heavy mop. They want someone who knows better.
Slip out for a pour-over at Eiland Coffee Roasters or a loop through Spring Creek Nature Area — you will come home to floors still drying.

Plenty of Canyon Creek and Heights Park homes still have their original hardwood, and some have the terrazzo or the old glazed tile that came with the house. None of it likes standing water. We use a barely damp mop, dry as we go, and keep the grit off the surface in the first place, because it is grit underfoot that wears a finish down. Same idea with vintage cabinet fronts and painted trim: mild cleaner, soft cloth, no scouring. If something in your house is delicate or has been refinished, point it out and we will treat it accordingly.

Older bathrooms and older windows both breathe differently. Single-pane glass and aluminum frames sweat on cold mornings, and that water sits in the corner of the sill until something black starts growing in it. Grout that has been there fifty years drinks up moisture too. We dry window tracks and sills rather than ignoring them, work on shower corners and the silicone line at the base of the tub, and tell you if we see the start of mildew somewhere you cannot easily look. Catching it early is far cheaper than dealing with it later.

Mature trees are the best thing about these streets and the reason there is always something falling. Add fifty years of settled house dust and you get the ideal home for dust mites, which live in mattresses, rugs, sofas and curtains and are a common asthma trigger. Vacuuming the middle of the living room will not touch them. We go over upholstery, get under beds, take the vacuum along baseboards and use cloths that hold dust instead of scattering it. If someone in the house wakes up stuffy every morning, that is where we start.

SusyQ's is a family business, so you are dealing with people, not a ticket number. Susy answers the phone at 916-680-1458, and where the schedule allows, the same cleaner comes to your house each time and learns its quirks — the sticky back door, the cat who bolts. We are insured and bonded, and if a room is not right you get it put right free. Slip out for a pour-over at Eiland Coffee Roasters or a loop through Spring Creek Nature Area — you will come home to floors still drying.

Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.
Products chosen with children and asthma in mind, and attention to the dust that sets it off in North Texas.
Priced by square footage, not a guess — the best predictor of how long a clean takes. Don't know your square footage? Pick a bedroom count for a starting point.
A guide, not a quote — call and we'll give you a real price, and some weeks that beats what's shown here.
Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and the drive out to Richardson each add a little on top.
Susy and her team are wonderful. They are thorough, they are on time, and they treat our home like it is their own. We have used them for over a year and have never once been disappointed.
Fantastic service. They did a deep clean before we moved in and the place was spotless — baseboards, inside the oven, window tracks. Worth every penny and then some.
I have two dogs and a kid with allergies, so dust is a constant battle. Since SusyQ started coming every other week the house is noticeably easier to breathe in.

Suzy was quick and responsive to my initial request for cleaning, and gave a very reasonable price for a deep clean. Her team was professional and courteous, and worked hard from the moment they arrived. They left very thoughtful derails, like toilet paper flowers and shaped blankets into cute things. This is a difficult season for many, and having this done is such a relief!
I was very nervous about having someone come in to clean my home. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. With SusyQ, I was blown away with the job they did!! This team was amazing. Everything felt so joyful and judgment free. So happy to have SusyQ helping me with my home.
SusyQ helped clean our offices and did an AMAZING job! Such great energy, attitude, and attention to detail. So excited to continue this relationship.

Best cleaning service. Really gets the job done correctly. The house was so fresh-smelling and sparkling. Met my expectations 100% Great price for the value.
Susy and her team are fantastic. My wife and I have been using them for regular house cleanings (every two weeks) the last 8 months or so and we could not be happier. Their communication is excellent. Susy will text us the morning of our appointment with an ETA. We are very happy with the end result, her team is fast but does not skip parts of the home…
Susy Q Cleaning absolutely saved me. I made a booking mistake on my end and reached out last minute, fully expecting to be out of luck, but Susy showed up anyway without hesitation. That alone impressed me. On top of that, the cleaning was excellent. My place looked fantastic…

No. We keep water off old wood, use a barely damp microfiber mop and dry behind ourselves, and we never use a steam machine on original floors. If a board is cupped or a finish is worn through, we will point it out rather than scrub at it. A lot of Richardson houses are like yours, and treating them gently is normal for us.
Yes. CityLine apartments and the townhomes around it are a good fit for a regular shorter visit, and we are used to parking garages, fobs and elevators. Tell us how access works when you book and we will note it on your file so nobody has to meet us at the gate every time. Move-out cleans are fine too, as long as we have notice.
Usually, yes. Surface mildew on grout and silicone comes off with the right cleaner and some honest scrubbing, and keeping on top of it every visit stops it coming back. What we cannot do is fix a leak behind the wall or mold that has gone into the plaster. If it looks like that, we will tell you straight so you can get a proper repair done.
Call or email. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and anything you want handled differently.
No square-footage surveys, no sales visit. A number you can say yes or no to.
Weekly, every other week, monthly, or a one-off. Change it whenever you need to.
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back free.
