We don't sell a one-time regular clean, because a house we've never touched needs the full reset first — that's what makes everything after it actually work. Once that first Deep Clean is done, recurring visits are what keep the house from ever drifting back to where it started. Weekly, every two weeks, or once a month — you pick, and you can change it whenever life does.
What a Recurring Visit Covers
Every visit is the same steady rhythm, not a shrinking checklist.
- Kitchen: counters, hob, outside of appliances, sink, floors
- Bathrooms: shower, bath, tiles, toilet, mirrors, floors — watching for mildew
- All rooms: dusting, surfaces, skirting, mirrors, door handles and switches
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped, with attention to pet hair and pollen tracked in
- Beds made, bins emptied, tidy-up as you would like it
Why It Costs Less Than a Deep Clean
A recurring visit is maintaining a house that's already right, not resetting one that has fallen behind — roughly half the rate of a Deep Clean, because it's genuinely less work. Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Deep cleaning
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Move in / move out
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Apartments & condos
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.

I am very pleased with the deep cleaning provided. A remodel left a lot of dust in the house and everything needed to be wiped down before we could move in. Can I book a recurring clean as my very first visit?
No — every first visit with us is a full Deep Clean, priced and scoped as one. Once that reset is done, recurring visits take over at the lower rate. It's the only way we can guarantee a recurring visit actually stays quick and affordable.
How often should I book?
Most households land on every two weeks. Weekly suits larger homes, pets, or families who want zero buildup ever. Monthly works for smaller households who mainly want the big stuff handled. Tell us your house and routine and we will give you a straight recommendation.
What happens if I skip a few months?
That's completely fine — there's no contract and no penalty. Just know the next visit will likely need Deep Clean pricing rather than the recurring rate, since the house will have drifted back from where regular visits left it.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Wherever we can manage it, yes — that consistency is most of the point. She learns your house: which cabinet sticks, which room the dog sleeps in, what you would rather she left alone.
How much does recurring cleaning cost?
