Moving Out: Cleaned to Pass a Walk-Through
For a move-out, we clean an empty property top to bottom so it stands up to a landlord's or property manager's inspection — inside cupboards, inside the oven, inside the fridge, and every corner that's been behind furniture for years. An empty house is actually easier to clean thoroughly than a lived-in one, which is exactly why this visit can reach places a regular clean can't.

Moving In: A Clean Start, Not Someone Else's
For a move-in, we'd rather you didn't spend your first night sleeping in someone else's dust. We clean everything before your things arrive, which is the one and only time a house is genuinely easy to clean properly — no furniture to work around, no boxes underfoot. If there's a baby on the way or anyone with asthma in the family, this is the single visit that matters most before you move a thing inside.
What to Expect on the Day
We ask that the property be empty or nearly empty before we arrive — this is what makes a move clean different from a regular visit, and what lets us reach everything. Have keys arranged with your agent, landlord, or lockbox code ready ahead of time. Most move cleans run longer than a standard visit for the same reason a deep clean does: we're covering ground a lived-in clean never has to.

Recurring cleaning
Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Deep cleaning
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Move in / move out
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.

I am very pleased with the deep cleaning provided. A remodel left a lot of dust in the house and everything needed to be wiped down before we could move in. Do you clean empty houses, or does furniture need to stay?
Empty or nearly empty is what lets us do this properly — cupboards, closets, behind where furniture used to sit, all reachable without anything in the way. If a few items are still there, that's fine, just let us know when you book.
Will this pass a landlord's move-out inspection?
That's exactly what it's built for — inside cupboards, ovens and fridges, descaled bathrooms with mildew properly treated, baseboards and window tracks. If a walk-through flags something specific afterward, call us and we'll make it right.
How is this different from a deep clean?
Very similar scope, but move cleans assume an empty property and cover every cupboard, closet and drawer inside and out — areas a deep clean in a lived-in home can't always fully reach because furniture and belongings are still in the way.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a firm move date. Move-out and move-in dates cluster at the end of the month across DFW, so the closer to month-end, the further ahead you should call.
