What We Clean
Most of our work is ordinary and steady: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, the places dust likes to hide. Some of it is the big stuff — a house that needs a proper deep clean, or an empty place that has to be spotless by Friday. Whatever you need, call and describe your house to us and we'll give you a real price over the phone before we start. No hourly meter running. No surprise line on the invoice. Our online estimator below is a solid starting point, but a phone quote can sometimes beat it, depending on the week. If you're not sure what you need, call and describe your house to us. A Clean House Is a Healthier House
This is the part people don't always think about when they book a cleaner. If you've got a child with asthma, a baby learning to crawl, or a dog that sheds half its coat every spring, what's on your floors and in your air matters. North Texas makes it harder. Cedar fever rolls in around Christmas, oak and mountain cedar pollen coats everything by February, and our humidity puts black mildew in bathroom grout and along window frames faster than most people expect. We clean with that in mind. Wet-wiping instead of dry-dusting so it doesn't just get airborne. Proper attention to shower corners and window sills. Bedding areas and soft surfaces, where dust mites live. And products that are safe to use around pets and kids, because a floor a baby crawls on is a floor a baby puts their hands in their mouth after.

How Booking Works
It's three steps and none of them are complicated. First, you call or email and tell us about your home — how many bedrooms and bathrooms, roughly how big, anything we should know about pets, allergies, or a room we should leave alone. Second, we give you a real price, not a range that grows later. Third, we agree a day and we turn up. You don't have to be home; plenty of our customers leave a key or a code. If we're ever running late you'll get a text before we're late, not an apology after.

Call for an exact priceEvery first clean is a full Deep Clean, so the house starts from the same baseline before a recurring schedule takes over — Recurring Standard visits run at roughly half that rate. Larger homes, extra bathrooms, kids or pets, and communities further from Allen each add a little on top.
What we do
Recurring cleaning
Weekly, every other week or monthly, once the first Deep Clean has the house properly reset. Same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so nobody has to re-explain the house.
Deep cleaning
Baseboards, window tracks, vents, inside the oven and fridge. Every first visit is one of these, and existing customers can book one any time the house needs a proper reset.
Move in / move out
Empty-house cleans for the end of a lease or the start of a new one, done to the standard a deposit inspection expects.
Apartments & condos
Smaller spaces priced sensibly, with care around shared walls, lobbies and lift schedules.
Homes with pets
Dander, hair on the stairs, muddy back doors. We work with what actually happens in a house with animals in it.

I am very pleased with the deep cleaning provided. A remodel left a lot of dust in the house and everything needed to be wiped down before we could move in. Common questions
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Lots of our customers give us a key or a door code and come home to a clean house. If you'd rather be there, that's fine too — we're not precious about it. Do whatever makes you comfortable.
What about my pets?
Pets are normal here. Tell us their names and anything we should know — who bolts for an open door, who needs shutting in a room, who's nervous around a vacuum. We use products that are safe around animals, and we're used to shedding season.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. Cloths, vacuum, mop, products. If you'd prefer we use something of your own — a particular floor cleaner, or something unscented because of allergies — leave it out and we'll use it instead.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Call 916-680-1458 within 24 hours and tell us which room. We come back and clean it again, free. No argument and no invoice. If it's still not right after that, we refund that cleaning in full.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Wherever we can, yes — that's how we prefer to work. Sickness and holidays happen, and when they do we'll tell you in advance who's coming instead rather than surprising you at the door.
